Meet Miss Maine QHA Queen
Caitlin Sarah Putnam

Hi Everyone! My name is Caitlin Sarah Putnam! I am your 2013 Maine Quarter Horse Queen! I am extremely excited to be given this opportunity to represent my home state! :)

The Queen acts as an ambassador for their state's association during the show year, as well participates in the Queen Contest at the All American Quarter Horse Congress in Columbus, OH in October. Each state/association can send one candidate to represent their state in the contest. There, the candidates are tested on a horsemanship pattern, a written exam on the AQHA rulebook, and an interview. The candidate with the best scores is named the new Congress Queen. She will represent AQHA at all the major shows the following year!

If you have any questions about Caitlin or the contest, please feel free to contact her anytime!

Make sure to visit her Facebook Page

Look for Caitlin and say hello at the
